Licenses

All printable files and SVG files are strictly for personal use only. This means that you may under no circumstance, share this file, print the file with the purpose of selling it or claim this file as your own. Any instances found of files being used for commercial purposes will be contacted by our legal team for further action.

Personal Use License
This license allows you to use purchased files for personal, non-commercial use. This means that you may use the files on personal products that will not be sold. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the purchased files in any way.

Limited Commercial Use License
With this license, you may use the purchased file on up to 100 items that you create yourself and sell. Items may include, tote bags, hats, t-shirts, mugs etc. Each individual t-shirt sold for example, equals one item sold. If you sell more than the 100 items covered in this license, you must repurchase an additional limited commercial use license. A license must be purchased for each file you intend to use on a product. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the purchased files in any way. Licenses are non transferable and limited to the individual who purchased the license.

Extended Commercial Use License
With this license, you may use the purchased file on up to 500 items that you create yourself and sell. Items may include, tote bags, hats, t-shirts, mugs etc. Each individual t-shirt sold for example, equals one item sold. If you sell more than the 500 items covered in this license, you must repurchase an additional extended commercial use license. A license must be purchased for each file you intend to use on a product. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the purchased files in any way. Licenses are non transferable and limited to the individual who purchased the license.

Wholesale Use License
With this license, your intention would be to buy the license to one of our files, created an end product (tshirt, mug, hard copy print etc.) and sell the item to others for them to sell. Please contact hello@pjsandpaint.com for pricing.
